CyberQuote Pte Ltd (CyberQuote) was incorporated on 29
May 1996 to provide IT solutions to the Financial Services industry, primarily
in stock broking and insurance.
In stock broking, CyberQuote helped to develop
Singapore's first online share trading system, Phillip's On-Line Electronic
Mart System (POEMS). From internet-trading, CyberQuote has
extended POEMS to mobile-trading; investors can now trade via i-mode, PDA, and
mobile phones. |
CyberQuote provides many value-added services to POEMS e.g. SGX News, AFX News, Account Management,
End-of-Day share prices, Stock Alert (when stock prices reach the level set by the clients),
mobile Stock Challenge Game, Home Loans.
Our quality work has enabled CyberQuote to provide
various IT consulting services to many companies within PhillipCapital e.g.
Phillip Futures Pte Ltd, Phillip Securities Research Pte Ltd, Phillip Capital
Management (S) Ltd, Phillip Securities Pte Ltd. CyberQuote provides
share prices and price charts to the Singapore Commodity Exchange (SICOM) and
other companies.
In 2000, CyberQuote developed a system package for
Employee Share Options Scheme (ESOS). There was a major enhancement in
2004 to include Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Employee Share Ownership Scheme (ESOP).

In insurance, CyberQuote provides a client-facing
system for general insurance companies to enable their insurance agents to
issue insurance proposals, policies, Certificate of Insurance and cover notes
for vehicles. The system covers marine, cargo, travel, fire and theft
insurance too. CyberQuote has a computer package for insurance
brokers. CyberQuote developed financial portals for International
Factors Singapore and ECICS and provides web design and hosting services.
